Damstahl Acquires Klöckner Company
As per February 2nd Damstahl has acquired the German company Edelstahlservice in Frankfurt as well as a belonging production company in Magocs, Hungary.
Edelstahlservice was founded in 1974 and was since 2007 part of the Klöckner group.
